Sterilisation equipment from BMT Medical Technology

We offer sterilisers from the Czech company BMT Medical Technology. Large steam sterilisers are represented by the STERIVAP, STERIVAP HP, UNISTERI HP and STERIVAP SL models – the latter is only 895 to 995 mm wide and fits even into a narrower space in a central sterile services department.

For dry sterilisation with hot air there is the STERICELL hot-air steriliser with forced air circulation. Materials that cannot withstand high temperatures are sterilised by the FORMOMAT PL low-temperature formaldehyde steriliser. For laboratories we supply INCUCELL incubators (thermostats) with natural air circulation and INCUCELL V with forced air circulation.

How to choose a steriliser

  • Type of material to be sterilised – steam is suitable for most instruments and textiles, while heat-sensitive materials require low-temperature sterilisation.
  • Chamber volume – based on the amount of material per day and the number of cycles.
  • Space and utilities – we check the room dimensions, water and electricity supply and steam exhaust before delivery.
  • Operation and documentation – cycle records for quality control purposes.

Which steriliser should I choose for heat-sensitive instruments?

The FORMOMAT PL low-temperature formaldehyde steriliser is designed for materials that cannot withstand high temperatures. We will help you choose based on what you need to sterilise.

Will a large steam steriliser fit into a smaller room?

The STERIVAP SL, only 895 to 995 mm wide, is designed for confined spaces. Before preparing a quotation, we check the room dimensions and the connections.

Do you also provide installation and staff training for a steriliser?

Yes. We deliver the device, install it and train your staff on site. Our quotations therefore already include installation and training.

Do you provide warranty and post-warranty service?

Yes, we provide both warranty and post-warranty service for the devices we supply. In the event of a fault, call us directly on +421 905 455 357 – we arrange the service visit by phone so that your department is not left without equipment.
