ECG for outpatient clinics and hospital departments

We supply ECG devices from the Japanese manufacturer Fukuda Denshi in the CardiMax range – from the 6-channel FX-8200 and the 12-lead FX-8300 to the modular portable FX-8400 with an 8-inch touchscreen. Sites that want to evaluate recordings directly on a computer can opt for the Imed CARDIAX PC computer-based ECG, connected via USB or Wi-Fi.

For ECG we also offer Strässle vacuum systems (DT80, DT100, EASY II), which hold the chest electrodes in place by suction without adhesive, as well as accessories: electrodes, patient cables, mobile trolleys and swivel arms that protect the cable from tangling and breaking.

What to consider when choosing an ECG

  • Number of channels – a 6-channel device is more compact, while a 12-lead recording with 3/6/12-lead printout is the standard for cardiology and hospital departments.
  • Display and controls – the FX-8400 has an 8″ touchscreen with a keyboard, and a basic examination starts at the press of a single button.
  • Storage and export – the FX-8400 stores up to 1,000 recordings in its internal memory and exports them to PDF and DICOM, so they can be sent to the hospital information system.
  • Paper width – the FX-8300 prints on 145 mm paper, the FX-8400 on 210 mm.
  • Electrode application – the Strässle vacuum system saves time during the examination and eliminates the consumption of adhesive electrodes.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a 6-channel and a 12-lead ECG?

Both types acquire 12 leads; they differ in how many traces the device records and prints at once. A 12-channel recording shows all leads simultaneously, which speeds up evaluation. We will be glad to advise you on which model suits your clinic.

Do you also supply electrodes and other ECG consumables?

Yes. In the Accessories category you will find electrodes, patient cables and consumables, and for Strässle vacuum systems also holders and disinfectants. When ordering, simply state the catalogue number.

Do you also provide installation and staff training for an ECG device?

Yes. We deliver the device, install it and train your staff on site. Our quotations therefore already include installation and training.

Do you provide warranty and post-warranty service?

Yes, we provide both warranty and post-warranty service for the devices we supply. In the event of a fault, call us directly on +421 905 455 357 – we arrange the service visit by phone so that your department is not left without equipment.
