According to the manufacturer, high blue-light irradiance effectively reduces bilirubin levels and shortens jaundice treatment. Brightness is adjusted continuously on the touchscreen display.
The lamp stands on its own on a mobile stand, or is mounted on the dovetail column of a David infant incubator or infant warmer. The manufacturer offers it as optional equipment for the HKN-2200B infant warmer.
